Using the subject of ‘The Good Shepherd’ for the altar window of this chapel, Folke painted directly onto the glass, some pieces of which are quite large.  He uses vibrant colours in a most expressive manner.  The glass was then fired and mounted in lead at Bogtman’s Glassworks.  Here Folke, in his first collaboration with Bogtman’s, is developing and evolving the possibilities and techniques of stained glass.
